How do I purchase a photo or package?

All the photos are published on the website of RaceTracker.de. You can find the photos of your trackday by searching for the event name or the date of the event. Here you can preview all the photos and make your selection. If you want to buy a single photo, you can place your order directly on the website. If you want to buy a package, please contact us via e-mail or a Direct Message on Instagram or Facebook.

What payment methods do you accept?

If you place your order via RaceTracker.de, you can pay with PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Google Pay or Apple Pay. If you order a Trackday Package you can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.

Can I preview the photos before buying?

Yes, you can preview all the photos on the website of RaceTracker.de. This is in a smaller resolution and with a watermark but it gives you a good impression of the photo.

In what format and resolution will I receive my photos?

The photos are delivered in a high resolution (7008x4672) and in a JPG format. If you order a package, you can also request the RAW-format photos.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund the amount partially or in full, depending on the situation.

How are the photos delivered?

A single photos via RaceTracker.de are delivered as a digital download via the website. If you order a package, the photos are delivered via a download link (WeTransfer).

Can I request custom edits or formats?

After you have placed your order, we will professionally edit the photos. If you have any special requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Are the photos watermarked?

The photos are watermarked on the website of RaceTracker.de. If you buy a photo or a package, the watermark is removed.

Are there any restrictions on using the photos for commercial purposes?
